What's in the app
Hot works, working at height, confined space, excavation, safe isolation / lock-off and lifting operations. Issue, accept, extend, hand back and close out, each step signed.
Risk assessments and method statements with a risk matrix, review and approval, versions and worker sign-off.
Site inspections, daily excavation inspections, and pre-use checks for excavators, dumpers, telehandlers and other plant.

Plant pre-use checks
Stop unsafe plant before it's used
Each check records the plant type, its ID or fleet number, the hours or mileage, the operator, and whether they're authorised for that plant and who authorised them. Every item is Pass, Fail or N/A, with a note and a photo, and the check ends with "Plant fit for use" and a signature.

No signal? Keep recording
Permits, inspections, observations and other records save to the phone first and sync when you're back online. Other people see them once they've synced. Signing in, adding people and the QR sign-in page need signal; if a visitor's phone has none, the site team can sign the person in.

Start your company
On the sign-in page, tap Start your company. Enter your company name, your name, your work email and a password, then confirm your email, sign in and create your company.

Set up your sites
Add your sites, a site plan and your permit rules from a short checklist.

Add your team
Add your team, including subcontractors' people, by their work email address. They create an account with that address and join your company.

Decide after 7 days
Use it on site for the week, then decide if it's right for you.
